New hires receive six months of hands-on onboarding led by our Team Development Manager — ensuring you’re fully supported while you learn our systems and approach.
(Florida applicants: If you hold a 6-20 license, you will enter our required 6-month apprenticeship program before working independently.)

Our streamlined claims handling system allows our adjusters to focus on adjusting — not chasing paperwork, leads, or administrative tasks.
Role Overview
We’re seeking licensed Public Adjusters to manage residential property claims from start to finish. You’ll be the client’s single point of contact, guiding them from first inspection through settlement — with full systems and dedicated resources to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
• Handle the complete claims lifecycle: intake, inspection, documentation, and settlement
• Be the sole point of contact for each client — no separate desk/field split
• Manage carrier communications and maintain CRM documentation for all activities
• Use CompanyCam and our TrueHaven app to document, upload, and track claim progress
• Automated tasks, letters, and emails are built into the system to keep claims moving
• Collaborate with our in-house estimator for scope preparation
• A professionally prepared Xactimate is available for $350–$500, billed to your claim
• Attend regular team check-ins and complete ongoing training modules
• Access our online community for collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing
• Maintain professional, ethical conduct in all interactions — client needs come first
What We Provide

Qualifications
• Active Public Adjuster license in FL, GA, NC, or SC
• Experience handling residential and/or commercial property claims preferred
• Strong client communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while following our claim handling standards
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and photo documentation tools
Compensation Structure
• Commission: 60–70% based on experience
• Quarterly Bonus: $500 for meeting all 5 performance benchmarks:
• 90%+ file audit pass rate
• Documented client & carrier communication
• Minimum of 5 closed claims per quarter
• No compliance infractions or complaints
• Professionalism, training completion, and meeting attendance
